About the house: Freshly renovated 3-bedroom house in a lovely spot, a 3-minute walk to the University of Canterbury. The house is fully insulated, healthy homes compliant, has a new heat pump, laundry, and comes furnished in the shared spaces. There’s a sunny yard with some garden, and safe off-street parking is available down the driveway (with a small garage used for storage).
Room 1: A smaller room but still reasonably fits a bed, desk, and dresser. $175 per week (excluding expenses). Available late September/early October.
Room 2: The largest room in the house, has a built-in wardrobe, and gets lovely morning sunshine. $210 per week (excluding expenses). Available mid November.
Lease continues till mid November 2027.
I enjoy cooking, gardening, playing games and spending lots of time involved in my church. Would love flatmates I can spend time with, but also able to give each other space and respect differing schedules.
