We're looking for a tidy, respectful flatmate (ideally a young professional aged 25+) who enjoys a relaxed, friendly, and considerate living environment.
The room: • Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe • Available from 3 August
The house: • Heat pump • Two bathrooms (one with shower over bath, one with separate shower) • Quiet hours between 10pm and 6am week nights as we all work
Costs: • Bond required • Power and Wi-Fi split monthly • $5 per week towards shared household items (cleaning products, toilet paper, etc.)
Location: A major perk of this home is its location. We're just moments from Hagley Park and within easy reach of the CBD, hospital, cafes, and other amenities. The hills, beaches, and airport are all around 20 minutes away by car.
The vibe: This is a relaxed, supportive home where people enjoy each other's company while still respecting personal space. We value open communication, sharpening one another, keeping shared areas tidy. We have a fortnightly hang ie board games, out for dinner, spa in brighton etc.
