The home has a heat pump, 2 bathrooms with toilets, one has a shower over bath, the other a shower. Bond required,Bills e.g power and wifi split at the end of the month. $5 for shared Miscellaneous items ie cleaning products, TP etc Per week. Respectful hours between 10pm 6am. Double bedroom with built in wardrobe available.
The location is a major perk! We're moments from Hagley Park.Enjoy an easy commute to town, the hospital, Etc.
Ethos is all about creating a relaxed and supportive home base. Valuing open communication, a tidy shared space, and striking a nice balance between shared laughs, sharpening one another and personal downtime.We like each others company and don’t want to just co:exist so we aim to do an intentional hang once a fortnight.
For weekend adventures, the hills are super accessible, and the airport and beaches are around 20 minutes by car.
