This house is in Casebrook which makes it nice and quick to get around Christchurch including to the city, Northlands mall, University of Canterbury, airport and the beach.
I run this flat and aim to have it as a place where everyone feels at home and it’s peaceful. I do encourage open communication and I’m not keen to have heaps of rules. I do want to find flat mates that are like minded.
For renting a room it will be $230 per week including bills. Bond will be $460.
