We are looking for a new flatmate for our flat in Sumner, Ōtautahi Christchurch!
The house has 3 bedrooms plus a sleepout. Inside is a large and open planned kitchen/lounge, with a cute backyard and garage out back. The location is awesome as it’s an eight minute walk to the beach (its almost summer!) and close to public transport.
There is a medium sized room available from the 12th of November with a built in wardrobe. Bonus is that it is in the quietest part of the house!
You will be living with three outdoorsy, social, Christians. My wife is a lawyer, I am a nurse, and our other flatmate is a sparkie. We are all in our 20s and into surfing/hiking/mountain biking/running and all sort of other stuff. We are a friendly bunch who like to have fun together but also do our own things.
Rent is $200 plus $25 a week for expenses. Bond is $800.
