Looking for a warm and friendly person to join our wee flat over the summer!
The flat is located right next to Hagley Park, on the Riccarton side. The house is single-level, but above the carports, so it gets lots of sun. Open-plan kitchen and living. One bathroom, toilet and shower separated.
There are 3 other flatmates who will be hanging around over the summer, all of whom enjoy getting into the outdoors (tramping, running, climbing etc) and enjoy being in community (games nights, bbqs etc). We want someone who will get amongst it!
The room itself is on the northern side of the house, so HEAPS of sun. Has inbuilt storage space. quite lovely really! The room is available from mid-November (exact date flexible, we can chat!) through to the end of February. If we choose to renew the lease and you are a good fit, there may be an opportunity to stay on. Again, we can chat!
Rent is $145 per week, plus about $30 per week for power, wifi and shared items. This may well end up being less as we head into summer!
