Our current flatmate is shifting to to be closer to her church on the other side of town. We are looking for another female to take her room. Of the remaining flatmates, one works as an Audiologist and the other is studying Early Childhood Education. The room is warm and spacious and has a double wardrobe. 

Rent is $165 per week for the room plus $30 per week for gas, wifi, power, and household amenities (inc. firewood, toilet paper, kitchen and laundry supplies).

Room is available from 19th January 2026.
