I’ve recently purchased a home and have three bedrooms available for flatmates, available from early October.

Upstairs bedroom: $260 per week (x2)
Downstairs bedroom: $250 per week

The home includes:

Rent is for the room only. Water, power and Wi-Fi are not included and will be shared separately.
