There are currently 3 well sized bedrooms available from the 1/10/26.
Each room is $205 per week plus $35 expenses which includes power, water, and gigabit internet.
The shared areas will be furnished with nice furniture and high quality modern appliances. Will re upload pictures of areas furnished once I've moved in.
The house has 2 shared bathrooms between 3 people. Makes it easy in the morning rush.
It is located close to multiple key locations, Panmure, Ellerslie, Sylvia Park, and the motorway.
There is one potential carpark available via negotiation.
Move in costs: 4 weeks bond and a week in advanced.
