Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly 5-bedroom flat, as I’m moving into a single-bedroom flat closer to the city.
✨ Room features: • Private ensuite (attached toilet and bathroom) • Walk-in wardrobe • Located on the ground floor • Car parking available
🙏 Flat vibe: • Christian flat, with a potential Catholic preference/community Current flatmates are in their 20s to early 30s • Ideally looking for someone in a similar age group (around 20–30 years old) who would enjoy a Christian/Catholic flat environment • Very friendly and welcoming household • No smoking • No pets
💰 Costs: • Rent: $222 per week, including toiletries and other basic household essentials • Electricity, internet and gas: Shared between flatmates, usually around $20–$30 per week per person, paid monthly • Bond: $888 (4 weeks’ rent)
📅 Move-in date: Flexible anytime from the mid to end of October through November. Ideally, I would need around 3 weeks’ notice, but happy to have a chat and work something out.
