The room is small, but has a build in wardrobe, and gets full morning sunlight, (and often native birds hang out in the trees right outside the windows). It comes unfurnished, and can fit a single bed and either desk or chest of drawers.
The home is heated by a lovely woodburning fireplace, all the living spaces are fully furnished, including a washer and dryer (or clothesline outside). There is a bus stop into the city right outside the flat, or another only a 10min walk away. There is free on street parking, and we are a 5min drive or 20min walk from the closest supermarkets, chemist, greengrocer, library & swimming pool, with a cafe and butcher shop right around the corner.
Rent is $178 per week, including power and internet. An additional $5/wk is paid for shared household products.
