Rent includes gas (use cooktop and hot water) and internet, power is seperate. The room is not very spacious and do not have built in wardrobe, but can fit quite a lot as you can see in the photo. Furnished with a king single bed, cloth hanger and a convection heater (can be removed on request).
We share food and consumables (tissues/dishwasher tabs etc) using flat account, it normally covers all and power with $80/week each and the remaining balance will be paid back when leaving the flat (or small amount will be paid occasionally if have too much extra)
