Kia ora koutou! Due to a flatmate moving away for travel/study, a room has opened up in our home! Our cosy flat is located in Woolston, 1 minute drive from Woolston village, and only 10 minutes away from the beach! The house has 4 rooms total, but houses five individuals (5th being our cat Andie pictured above, who is the real queen of the flat). You would be joining three christian girls, all in their early-20's, one studying primary teaching and two working. We are kept fairly busy with work/study, so love to spend our downtime hanging at home.
Rent is $160, with an additional $3 for staples and wifi + power being split monthly. We would love to be joined ideally by a young woman who is okay with a kitty hanging about. There is off-street parking that we share, but plenty of street parking as well. Room is available from late September!
