I’m looking for a friendly, respectful female flatmate to share my warm and welcoming two-bedroom home in Churton Park.

• Two-bedroom home in a quiet neighbourhood.
• Separate toilet, bathroom with both a shower and bath.
• Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, air fryer, Nespresso machine, and everything else you need.
• The No. 1 Churton Park bus stops just outside the neighbouring house, making commuting easy.
• Around a 15-minute walk to Johnsonville shops, supermarkets, train station, and other amenities.
• Plenty of on-street parking right outside the front door.

🛏️ The Room

• Good-sized room with a double wardrobe.
• Fits a queen bed comfortably.
• If you have a king single bed, there’s room for a desk, drawers, and bookshelves as shown in the photos.
• The room can be furnished (king single bed and some furniture) if needed for a small extra cost- to be negotiated

💰 Cost

• $230 per week
• Plus $35–45 per week for shared expenses (power, unlimited internet, and household basics like cleaning supplies, baking ingredients, cooking oil, etc.).
• Bond: $460 (negotiable for the right person).

👋 About Me

I’m 42 and own the house. I work a mix of freelance and office-based jobs, and occasionally work from home.

I’m a committed Christian and actively involved in a couple of church ministries. Home is a place where I like people to feel welcome. I enjoy having friends over for dinner or movie nights from time to time, but I also appreciate a peaceful home where everyone respects each other’s space.

Outside of home, I enjoy walking, going to the gym, catching up with friends, and getting out and about.
