I am looking to fill my room which is available from the 19th of September.
The Flatmates:
You'll be flatting with four awesome Christian dudes aged 21 - 27, most of which are working full-time. There's a great flat culture, dinner cooking/cleaning is shared throughout the week. Everyone is fairly busy with personal commitments, but love a good yarn when we can, and whoever is home will eat dinner together. It's a great feeling to know that four days of the week you'll have an awesome dinner cooked for you.
About the flat:
The flat is located at 18 Cortina Ave in Johnsonville and is a short walk to the grocery store and Johnsonville shops/mall. There is also parking on the street .There is a bus stop directly outside the flat which takes you into town or the train is a short walk away, which is very handy if you work in the CBD.
The flat gets plenty of sun and is nice and dry. There's a big lounge space with double glazing and a Heat pump. The kitchen is brand new with an induction hob and dish washer. There are two bathrooms with infinite gas hot water. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There's an internal garage we use as a multi purpose room, great for projects, table tennis, or having a jam.
Rent is $167 a week plus $70 a week for utilities (includes gas, power, and broadband). The $70 also includes 5 dinners a week (absolute steal in my opinion)
About the room:
The room is downstairs, gets good sunlight during the day. The downstairs section of the flat has its own fridge and bathroom which is very handy. The room is 3mx4m with a built in wardrobe which is handy for general storage. The room will not come with any furniture.
You:
The ideal person is a Christian guy in their 20s - 30s who is respectful, will get stuck into cleaning and is happy to cook for the flat one night a week.
I have absolutely loved my time at the flat and I am sure that you will too.
