We've got one room that we're looking to fill. A single bedroom room on the second floor that will be available from the 24th of August.
Our flat is divided up of two buildings, 3 bedrooms in the back and 5 in the front. Each house has a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Both houses are dry with a heat pump for those cold nights in winter. The room is in the 3 bedroom house and gets sun most of the day, the room will be unfurnished, but the bed is available for sale and has lots of space for storage under it.
A bible study is hosted once a week at the flat, predominantly comprised of flat members but others do of course attend. The currentl flatmates are all young adults, between the ages of 19-26, study, yo-pro, and tradie alike.
The flat is biking distance to both Laidlaw and UC and has bus stops nearby.
The landlords are good to deal with. We have been able to make lots of garden beds, a fire pit, garage for bikes & fridge freezer.
Rent is be $155 inclusive ($135 exclusive) $5 of which covers milk, toiletries and cleaning supplies. Bond is $212.50
