Hey! Im looking for a female to take over my rooms lease for the remainder of the year (till the start of Jan), in the next month or so.
The flat is a recent build so is super modern and warm. The room is the largest in the house (easily fitting a queen sized bed). It is also on the second story and has a large wardrobe. There is a single car garage, but is used as a laundry storage, so we all park on the street. Its a 5 min walk to the closest bus stop, 15 minute walk to the eastgate mall (with Maccas and BK on the corner).
Rent is $175, and if you would like to join in communal flat dinners, utilities and dinners are an extra $50 a week. (Will be lower if you dont want to do flat dinners)
You'd be living with 3 other Christian girls, ages 19-20. They're all currently studying at UC and Ara and attend Grace Vineyard Church. A bit about the flatmates: They're all pretty locked in with their studies, but love to watch movies together, go to the gym, grab sweet treats as a flat and have an occasional drink on the weekend.
They're looking for someone who is a female in the same age range and someone who is kind, respectful and tidy.
