The room available is the largest in the house with windows getting year round sunlight. The current flatmate is moving out in late October due to getting married. Room is 5x4m with space to comfortably fitting a Queen sized bed as well as inbuilt cupboard. There are 3 of us currently in the flat all guys between 22-31 studying either at UC or remotely with 2 of us attending Campus Church (Cornerstone), and the other at Riccarton Baptist. Looking for a christian guy preferably currently studying or in there 20's. The price of $198.40 includes unlimited internet and power. (Additional power $ may apply during winter). I'm studying so pretty flexible for potential times to check it out. We also have a double garage that is ideal for storage. Will add photos of the particular room shortly
