We have signed the lease, but one of our original flatmates has decided to return back to their home country, so we are looking for someone to move in.
About the house:

- 1 bathroom
- Lovely, spacious lounge
- Good-sized kitchen
- $170 per week
- Utilities split between everyone at the end of each month
- Great location on Greers Road, within walking distance of Northlink and Northlands Mall
About us:
We’re currently two females and one male, ages 20–30. We’re a Christian household and are looking for someone who would fit in well with our home.
Ideally, we’d love a female flatmate who is:
- Tidy and respectful
- Friendly, fun and outgoing
- Keen for the occasional evening chat, movie night or hanging out together
- Easygoing and considerate of the people they live with
We’re hoping to find someone who wants more than just a house to sleep in. We want someone who is happy to be part of our flat whānau, while still having their own life and independence.
Location: 439 Greers Road
Costs: $170/week + shared utilities
Bond: $850
Available: Mid September
Able to sign on to the 12-month lease.
