Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in mid April (can be flexible), as one of my current flatmates is moving out.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a large living area. It will be fully furnished, so you would only need to furnish your own room (although I have a spare single bed you are welcome to use).
The smaller room is currently available ($140 weekly + $20 for Wifi/power).
About the house: • Double glazed, warm home with a heat pump • Room includes built-in wardrobe • Off-street parking available on a back section
Location: Papanui, Christchurch. It is about a 10-minute drive to the city centre, university, and airport. Only a 1-minute drive to Northlands Mall and Laidlaw College.
You’ll be living with two full-time teachers (both 29) in a relaxed, tidy household.
We are looking for a female flatmate who is tidy and easygoing. No smokers, pets, or kids please.
