We are more of a home than a flat. there are four of us living here. Phil the head tenant who is in his early 60's he is a Mobile Locksmith.
One couple Slave and Tatyana both in their 60's who work in gardening and admin. Sam is in his forties and works in retail.
We are all Christians. we are sociable but mostly do our own thing. our home is quiet and peaceful.
Our ideal flatmate would be someone sociable, yet quiet and respectful, employed full time, and happy doing their own thing.
We want someone who will help out and complete their share of cleaning the bathroom and house each week. preferably a christian.
There are two lounges with two televisions, one large kitchen, a washing machine, clothes line and dryer, there is parking available in the garage on the driveway and roadside parking.
Please note: there is no smoking, vaping, heavy drinking or animals permitted on the property!
We have two rooms for rent:
The room upstairs is $160 per week. it has amazing harbour views, you'll be sharing a bathroom with Phil.
The room downstair is $260 per week and you will be sharing a bathroom with Sam. Also comes with garage parking for one car.
All bills are covered in your rent each week this includes... power, water, UFB internet, netflix and amazon.
Two weeks in advance. If you choose to move out at a later date two weeks notice is required.
