We have two rooms available in our lovely Northpark house. We are wanting Christian flat mates that are working. Five minutes from Botany Town Centre. Currently have a mature married couple and two guys in their 30’s. It’s a five-bedroom, three-bathroom house. We are looking for nonsmokers (non vapers) and we have a no alcohol policy for our house.
$245 per week for each room and $35 per week per person for the power, net and water.
You would be organizing your own food. Fridge, freezer and pantry space provided.
