I am looking for two housemates - gals or guys, to share my sunny wee home in St Martins. 8 min drive to the CBD, 5 min drive or 2km run to the hills, and 15 min drive to the beach. Bus stop outside the driveway. Rooms both available from mid-January.
Both are good-sized rooms, easily fitting a queen bed + side tables or drawers and have built-in wardrobes. There is space for one car by garage and plenty of on-street parking. We can negotiate rotating parks etc. I am looking to create a second off-road park over time.
You'll be sharing the home with myself - female mid-30s. Very active, I love all things outdoors - surfing, skiing, trail running, biking etc. Also have a wee music side-hustle and enjoy singing and having a jam on the guitar at home. I work shifts at the hospital and sleep during the day some weeks so am ideally looking for housemates who work more of a 9-5 schedule to keep the house quieter during day hours :)
I may host lifegroups and worship evenings from time to time.
Looking for housemates mid 20s-30s who are friendly, respectful, clean, and enjoy a good laugh :)
