This is completely optional and can be discussed with interested housemates. I'm also open to discussing other household contributions that could reduce rent by negotiation.
Please note that a married couple is welcome, but they would need to supply their own double bed, and the rental price would be subject to negotiation.
No pets and no smoking. The flatmates share responsibility for keeping the indoor areas clean and tidy, while I handle all the outdoor/garden work.
