One of downstairs rooms is ready from December 9th, and the other one will be available from mid-February. The upstairs room will be available from the beginning of February. The downstairs rooms are priced at $180 per week each, while the upstairs room, which has a toilet conveniently located next to it, is $230 per week. Additionally, a fixed weekly utility contribution of $20 ($15 for power and $5 for internet) applies to all rooms, making the total weekly costs $200 and $250, respectively. Each room is furnished and includes a desk (not shown in photos), providing a comfortable and ready-to-move-in living space.

Furthermore, I am open to discussing other defined household assistance that can also be exchanged for additional negotiated rent reductions. Please note that a married couple is welcome, but they would need to supply their own double bed, and the rental price would be subject to negotiation.
No pets and no smoking. It is also expected that flatmates co-ordinate the cleaning and chores around the house as required while I co-ordinate the garden.
