Welcome to your new home! We're looking for a flatmate to join our modern townhouse on the edge of the CBD. You'll be living with 1 female and 2 Christian young males. We have a weekly flat night dinner plus something like board games afterwards while still respecting personal space and quiet time.
The room:
Downstairs bedroom: ($180/week)
Utilities: $20/week fixed ($15 power + $5 WiFi)
Food: We keep a few shared staples stocked too milk, rice, and the like on top of everyone's own personal food
The house:
4 bedrooms (all with built-in wardrobes)
3 toilets (including 1 bathroom + 1 ensuite)
2 heat pumps (lounge + upstairs hallway)
Gated property with alarm system
Double-glazed windows
Quality washing machine & dryer
Open-plan living area
Sunny wooden deck
On-street parking
4 bus stops within a 16-minute walk
We will have a cleaner coming in regularly to clean the bathrooms and common areas. However, this is on top of, not instead of everyone keeping their own space and shared areas tidy day-to-day. There's also an optional opportunity to earn some extra cash by taking this on yourself, if that interests you happy to chat through details at viewing.
Shared dinners are a big part of how this flat works once someone's cooking, it's easy to make enough for everyone, and that's become a natural rhythm here. Genuinely optional, but if cooking's your thing, I'll also take $15 off your rent for each meal you cook specifically for me.
