Very handy location in Terrace End. Just a 3 minute drive into Palmerston North CBD, and walking distance to river walks, the golf course, and a dairy/fish and chip shop just around the corner!
The house was built in January 2023, and is well set up with a dishwasher, insinkerator, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and a piano for any music lovers! It is a warm and sunny house with double glazing and large windows.
Currently there are two of us, two professional males in our mid-late 20's who are involved with church life at Crossroads. Flat dynamic is fun but also chilled. We both have fairly busy schedules, however love to chat and hang out whenever we are at home together.
Rent is $200 per week excl expenses. The room can be available from 1 February 2026.
