We are looking for a new flatmate to replace one who is moving out to get married. The current flatmates are between 18-25 and are either working or studying, and we are looking for someone similar. Rent is $147.50 a week ($590 split four ways). Wifi is $22.50 a month. Power is split equally between the four flatmates and is usually around $50-$80 a month. There will be one off-street park available. Chores are split into rubbish, bathroom, kitchen, outside garden, and vacuuming, and are rotated monthly. We are a chill flat, and love a good movie/game night. The photos show the room with a king single, but a double bed fits in easily too.
