Hi everyone! We’re looking for a female Christian flatmate to join our flat in Avonhead! 1 room available, $90 per week outside of winter, $10 extra per week to cover added winter expenses until the last winter bill. 7 other Christian flatmates (between 21 to 33 years old) who hang out during the evenings together and in the winter put on the wood burner. We keep the noise down from 9pm till 8am and each have a weekly cleaning duty that is enforced by our flat cat Weasel. We also have loads of parking spaces on the land and a huge back yard to enjoy summer evenings.
