We have recently been accepted into a 3 bed, 2 bath+WC sunny townhouse in St Albans. The move in date is 1st November, we are preferably after a long term flatmate but we can discuss options.
The rooms available are a double bedroom with built in wardrobe ($215- not including expenses), or a larger room with built-in wardrobe and ensuite ($230- not including expenses). We are open to talk about what room you would like to take which is why there are 2 options available.
