I lead a busy life with work, church, family, and friends. I enjoy having a peaceful, chill, fun home and look forward to sharing that with a like-minded person.
The double room available is the larger of the two, with a walk in wardrobe. It is furnished with a king bed but no other bedroom furniture. There is a shared bathroom. The room is negotiable over $230 per week (excluding expenses). We will split cleaning product and utilities costs equally.

It is in a great location, which is 5 minutes' drive from town, close to the porthills, Waltham Park and Pool, walking distance from Beckenham and St Martins shops, bus stops 3-4 minutes' walk away, the river nearby, and in the same vicinity as some lovely restaurants and cafes. The living situation would suit a professional.
