There is an additional study space. I have a garden shed, a single garage, and off-street parking. There is plenty of room for bike storage. The street has safe parking for visitors.
The house is close to many walks, parks, and the adventure park.
I am completing secondary teacher training later this year, and I am a qualified librarian. I attend Trinity South Anglican Church.
