I moved into the flat in January. This flat is in North New Brighton. It's a 10 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk/3min drive to Travis Wetlands or QE2 pools, and also nearby Bottle Lake Forest. It's about a 15 minute drive into the city center. There are also bus stops that are a walkable distance for buses 135, 80 and 60.
The rooms do not come furnished (but are in the pictures). However the rest of the house is furnished (lounge, kitchen, laundry etc). There is still plenty of space to bring your own kitchenware or other furniture etc but I'm more than happy to share. Both rooms are regular sized and can fit a queen bed. Both rooms have a wardrobe.
There is plenty of parking down the drive or on the road.
Most importantly, I have a dog! Her name is Kaia, and she loves people. So you would have to be willing to have a 4-legged friend around the house. Her pic is attached.
Cost is $160 per week per room (plus expenses). No bond is required. The rooms are available from March 15th.
