We are a sunny, newly renovated two storey house in Dinsdale with views of Hamilton, Te Aroha and Pirongia. Tills lookout and The Arboretum is only 2/10mins walking distance away.
We are on the lookout for a working/studying, friendly and tidy flatmate in their 20’s/30’s.
We are 2 Males 29 & 31 (Mechanic and Builder) and 1 Female 22 (working/studying Social Work).
The room has a built in wardrobe and space for upto a queen bed and drawers etc. It gets regular sun throughout the day.
Rent is $190/wk which includes power, wifi and cleaning products.
Bond is 2weeks rent in advance.
