We are currently looking for one flatmate to join our place. It is a flat with a great communal culture in which we enjoy hanging out, playing board games and sometimes playing sports. It is a flat with most individuals in their 20s value following Christ in their different churches and small groups.
Currently, there is currently one unfurnished roomupstairs that will be ready for someone to move into.
We live in a reasonably central location but without the noise.
Most workplaces in the CBD are less than a 15-minute bike ride away.
Across the road from the house is South West Baptist Church.
A short walk away is Spreydon Reserve and a 15-minute walk away is Pioneer Recreation & Sports Centre.
Christchurch Adventure Park is a short 10-minute drive.
Rent includes power and Fiber internet
There is off-street parking.
The house has five bedrooms while the sleepout is the sixth room. There is a bathroom downstairs (which has recently been renovated) and upstairs as well as one in the sleepout.
