Welcome to your new home! We're looking for two new flatmates to join our modern townhouse on the edge of the CBD. You'll be living with 2 Christian young males. We have a weekly flat night dinner plus something like board games afterward while still respecting personal space and quiet time.
The rooms:
Upstairs bedroom ($190/week): Available now. Furnished, includes a desk (not shown in photos). Toilet located right next door — in practice, the other flatmates use the ensuite or downstairs toilet, so this space remains largely your own.
Downstairs bedroom ($180/week): Available from August 3rd.
Other costs:
Utilities: $20/week fixed ($15 power + $5 WiFi)
Food: We keep a few shared staples stocked too — milk, rice, and the like — on top of everyone's own food.

4 bedrooms (all with built-in wardrobes)
3 toilets (including 1 bathroom + 1 ensuite)
2 heat pumps (lounge + upstairs hallway)

Married couples may be considered (rent negotiable), but you’ll need to provide your own double bed. No pets and no smoking.
Shared dinners are a big part of how this flat works once someone's cooking, it's easy to make enough for everyone, and that's become a natural rhythm here. Genuinely optional, but if cooking's your thing, I'll also take $15 off your rent for each meal you cook specifically for me.
