A room on the top floor will be available early November. It is a single room and this is reflected in the price. It fits a bed and a desk. (Room pictured).
Shared bathroom with one other male flatmate and privacy from the other main areas of the house. Stunning views.
The middle floor has another bathroom and room with a female tenant. The kitchen, dining room lounge and office are also on the middle floor.
Note, the ground floor tenant has 2 German shepherds who are kept in their garage and in the backyard from time to time. This area is private from the rest of the house so the dogs will not be inside.
This is a beautiful place, with stunning views, spacious and very tidy.
Note: House is currently on the market. Would suit someone looking for accommodation Hamilton over the summer.
