We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 5-bedroom flat based in the central suburb of Hillsborough from around the end of October (October 31st)!
Bit about us
We're a group of 4 blokes currently all working, studying, or both - Early and late 20s
.Very chill flat, all quite busy so not always social. We do have the occasional movie night, takeaways or firepit nights together.
About the room:
Rent is $245 per week, all-inclusive (including all utilities (power, wifi) and flat necessities like toilet paper, kitchen stuff, etc)
Biggest room in the house. Comes with an ensuite and large walk-in style closet. No furnishings included.
Room faces the sun in the morning and has a door out to the deck.
Some off-site parking is available, as well as plenty of quiet on-road parking as we're in a cul de sac.
Very close to a bus stop to the city / Grafton and to West Auckland
Walking distance to some shops / takeaways and a few parks in the area.
The flat also has a large deck and outdoor space for enjoying the sunshine, as well as a large garage we use for storage
About you:
Preferably same age range - 20s & 30s. Christian most preferably.
Male or Female - you will have your own bathroom. No couples sorry!
Tidy, clean, considerate and able to help with weekly chores.
Maturity or previous flat experience a bonus.
Introverts would fit well as we're all pretty quiet or not at home, Extroverts welcome of course though!
Great communication skills - we try keep each other up to date with goings on, chores or if youre away for a while.
