The property gets plenty of sun and has stunning views across Wellington city and the surrounding rolling hills. There are walking tracks nearby that venture into the bush, making it a great spot for anyone who enjoys getting outdoors. The nearest bus stop is about a 15-minute walk away, with buses arriving and departing regularly, and there is plenty of on-street parking close to the property.
The house is home to three Christian guys in our early to mid-30s, working across government, the trades and IT. We’re looking for another Christian around a similar age who is clean, tidy and reliable with rent. We value having our own time and space, but also enjoy catching up at the end of the day, having good conversations and sharing a meal together from time to time. Most importantly, we’re looking to create a relaxed, respectful home.
