It’s a lovely brand new townhouse with an upstairs bedroom and a generous private ensuite. The room is available furnished or unfurnished.
All basic amenities will already be set up in the flat. There are cafes and shops very nearby, a bus stop close by, New World is 5 minutes away, and the beaches are also nearby.
You’ll have use of the internal garage one week per month, with good street parking available.
Bills are shared monthly (power and internet).
