A fully furnished student house, currently being renovated and ready for 2027.
A dedicated in house supervisor to provide support throughout the year.
Pastoral care and oversight from a minister at Avonhead Baptist Church, helping you stay connected with the church community.
Convenient location just 2 km from the University of Canterbury, making it easy to get to campus.
Car parking/bike storage on site
Your Room
Each bedroom includes:

Desk and Chair
Wardrobe or Drawers
Simply bring your personal belongings and make it your own.
Costs
Rent: $220 per week
Available: 1 February – 30 November
Power & Internet: $15 per week
Shared groceries and household supplies are organised and agreed on by the flatmates.
A bond equal to two weeks' rent is required before moving in and is fully refundable at the end of your tenancy, provided there is no damage.
