The flat is a close walk to Hillmorton Maccas, Barrington mall and under 15-minute drive to Westfield, UC, and the CBD with bus stops nearby.
THE ROOM & HOUSE FEATURES:
Semi-furnished upstairs room with sloped ceilings and dual windows that bring in excellent morning light—including a stunning view of the hills!
Full upstairs bathroom plus second bathroom downstairs with shower and toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and air fryer. Separated tenant panty storage and fridge space.
A dedicated washing machine and wall-mounted dryer.
The house has recently been double-glazed and has a heat pump in the Living room/Kitchen
Off street parking and lock-up shed for bikes.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a friendly, clean, and considerate person to join our flat family long term. We value good communication, a relaxed home, and respecting each other’s boundaries. Between our varied schedules, gaming, and staying active, we're always up for a laugh and a chat when we cross paths. We're also down for a spontaneous movie night or activity when the mood strikes. RENT & EXPENSES:
Rent: $195 per week (Includes room, power, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, and basic flat essentials).
Bond: 4 weeks' bond and 1 week's rent in advance.
