This is the a smaller room measuring (2.9x2.3) Has a large window with a nice view and lots of light. Has a built in wardrobe and lots of space. Move in date would be the week of the 20th of July and 2 weeks rent will be the bond. Utilities will be split between tenets including myself (Power, Gas, Wifi) The house a fireplace with free firewood A little about myself. I am 26 years old male, working a trade. I appreciate a quite, clean house and am pretty easy going. I enjoy my own space but also a good catch up. The house will be furnished by move in date however you will have to provide the furniture for the room. This could suit someone who also has house furniture. I am very open to options.
