Mid July, there will be a room available in a shared house with two easy-going guys, who are in their late 20s.
The house is located in Havelock North in Hawke’s Bay, just a few minutes easy walk from the shopping centre, in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac with great neighbours.
Our home is calm, tidy, and fairly quiet so it would best suit someone who enjoys a peaceful environment and values their own space. An introverted or easygoing person would likely feel most at home here. We do have a cat.
Base rate is $275 per week, which includes:
• Double bedroom
• Power
• Internet
• Household consumables
Food/meal arrangements can also be discussed.
Ideally looking for a flatmate who is working full-time and keen for a long-term stay. No pets. No smokers. No couples.
