Iām a full-time professional in my 30s, easygoing, quiet, and enjoy a good laugh. In my downtime Iām usually baking, making greeting cards, or getting stuck into a good book. Iām always up for a yarn but also really respectful of your space, so Iām looking for someone with a similar vibeāfriendly, considerate, and keen to create a home rather than just somewhere to stay.
The home is a newly built townhouse in a small development of just 11, so itās nice and quiet. The available space includes a bedroom plus a separate study, which can be flexible depending on your needs. Thereās also plenty of attic storage and a full-size kitchen to enjoy.
Rent is $250 per week plus bills, split between two. Room is unfurnished. Rest of the house will be furnished.
Thereās no dedicated car park, but there is plenty of on-street parking available nearby.
Ideally looking for a female flatmate who is working full-time and keen for a long-term stay.
This is my first home (recently purchased!), so Iām really looking forward to setting it up as a welcoming and tidy space to share with the right person.
