• Spacious deck
• $185 per week: including utilities (power and Wi-Fi)

• Peaceful and green; lots of walkways around (and Belmont Regional Park!)
• 10 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop (with direct connections to Petone Station)
• 15 minutes walk to local shops and takeaways/cafes
• 10 minutes drive to Petone or Western Hutt Stations
• 10 minutes drive to Petone or Lower Hutt  (supermarkets; Riverside Market; Queensgate; Hutt Hospital; etc.)
• Direct connections to the motorway (to Wellington CBD, Upper Hutt/Wairarapa, or Porirua/north via Haywards)
