Located very close to the Centre of Tauranga CBD makes it super ideal for grocery shopping, getting around town and being close to everything. Pak n save Tauranga is a few mins drive away and Woolworths is even closer
This is of course a Christian flat and so we are looking for someone with similar values to join. We love to have people over to hang out on weekends but often have chill nights through the week as we are all working professionals.
As shown in the photos there is one mid sized room available with a lot of built in storage space. The room can comfortably fit a king size bed and furniture. We also have lots of parking space and a humungous garage space out back to store whatever you need. Seriously it’s massive 😅
There are 2 bathrooms, one has a shower and the other a bath tub.
Rent is 265 per week plus about 20-30 on utilities per week too which gets billed monthly. Bond is 840 plus 2 weeks rent.
Ideally looking for someone in their 20’s to early 30’s male or female.
