Hi there! We're a warm, friendly family of four — Anna (50), Chris (47), and our two boys aged 15 and 4 — along with our cat Spotty. We've been part of the St Mary's Halswell Anglican community for nearly four years, and our faith is an important part of who we are. We're looking for a professional, non-smoking (vaping included) Christian woman to join our home.
About the Room
The room is self-contained and fully furnished, including a comfortable bed, drawers, and a smart TV mounted on the wall. It has its own walk-in wardrobe (I’ll include a photo of it soon) and a private ensuite with a shower, toilet, and sink.
Access & Privacy
The room has its own entrance through the internal-access garage, as well as a door leading out to the back of the house, where there's an outdoor table and chairs. You'll have your own private space well away from our end of the house, so it genuinely feels like your own.
Shared Facilities
The laundry is conveniently located just behind the room. You'll also have use of a spare fridge and a kitchen cupboard for your own food and groceries. The garage is large enough so will have space for your car. Nothing like having an internal access garage during winter!!
Location
We're in a great spot in Aidanfield, close to Wigram and the exciting new Halswell Quarter development at the end of our road, which will include a supermarket, gym, and other shops. The No. 7 bus provides an easy ride into the city centre, and the No. 60 connects you to Barrington and other areas.
Rent & Inclusions
Rent $250 a week, covers all utilities — power and internet — so there are no surprises. The only thing not included is your food.
