The house is in a great location – just 10 minutes drive to the city and 5 minutes to Halswell Quarry and the Port Hills, with plenty of walking tracks and outdoor space nearby.
Both bedrooms get great afternoon and evening sun and comfortably fit a double bed. One room is slightly larger than the other.
Larger room: $210 per week
Smaller room: $200 per week
