The house is in a great location – just 10-15 minutes drive to the city, 10 minutes to Riccarton and 5 minutes to Halswell Quarry and the Port Hills, with plenty of walking tracks and outdoor space nearby.Supermarkets nearby New World Halswell 5 minutes away, Pakin Save Hornby 10 minutes away.
The bedrooms get great afternoon and evening sun and comfortably fit a double bed.
Room 1 : $190 per week
