(1) kitchen with gas cooktop with oven, microwave and washing machine.
(2) single bed (bedding and pillow not included) with bedside drawer and wardrobe. (We do not have a double bed but you can use your own).

(4) On demand gas water heating

The rent does not include internet, power, gas. Internet is available for an extra of $32.50. The unit has a separate electricity meter and will be charged based on actual usage.
