We're looking for a female to share our near new 2 storey, 4 bedroom townhouse in Windsor Park. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 lounges. Parking is available directly outside the house on the street.
You’ll be sharing with me and my 14-year-old daughter (Year 11 at Rangitoto College). I work in software development and split my time between home (3 days a week) and the office (2 days). Outside of work I’m into the gym, beach walks, snowboarding, paddleboarding, surfing, mountain biking, and hiking.
My daughter is very busy with dance — most weeknights, Sundays, and often comps on weekends — so the house is usually pretty quiet. We’re pretty busy, but when we’re home we enjoy relaxing and watching Netflix. We also attend Life Church (usually North, sometimes Central in the evenings).
This would suit someone independent and respectful of a calm home environment.
I've used the staged photos from the developer. The rooms are currently empty except for a King Single bed which could be used or I can shift it out. Lounge photos are of your private lounge and rear outdoor area is accessible from that lounge.
Rent is $400 and covers:
