The Flat - Our Remuera flat is the largest 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with so much sunlight it's blinding. - No off-street parking but lots on-street - < 10 min drive to any of the big 3 grocery stores to chef up a feast - 5-min walk to Upland Rd shops for when it goes wrong - 2-min walk to the nearest bus stop to save fuel - 5 min drive to Orakei Train Station to also save fuel
The Room - Rent: $275 per week including utilities (power, water & internet) - Bond: $900 - Sunny large bedroom - Easily fits a Queen bed, desk and everything else - Walk in wardrobe for even more storage
About Us - You'll be living with 3 Christian lads in our 20s to early 30s - Two working professionals and One student - We're an easy going flat that mostly keep to ourselves with the occasional Lord of the Rings movie marathon.....
