Note: Each time you use the dryer there is an additional charge of $5.00 per load, dryers are expensive to run, this is the only additional cost you'd incur if you wanted to use the dryer. We are looking for 2 special housemates as we have two rooms available, one upstairs, one downstairs, both rooms have access to shared bathrooms, the rooms already have furnished double beds in them, one has a study desk & chair, a set of drawers & a bin, for rubbish, the other room, a double bed & side table & a bin for rubbish, each room has a single wardrobe & yes; both rooms have locks, should you want to lock your room, we've got locks on our bedrooms too, we've never used them. Eating in bedrooms is off limits, eat at one of our two lovely dining tables. Each room is ready for you to move in from 08/03/26. We're asking for 4 weeks upfront, as two weeks bond & 2 weeks rent, $1200 to move in. Your 2 weeks bond is returned to you 48 hours after your final inspection, normally your last day, the homeowner will walk with you through that process. Easy. Life's thrown you a curve ball & you need to move out? Give us 2 weeks notice in writing, via email. You'll need to pass a Police vetting check, we've all volunteered for one ourselves & yes; all three of us passed. Shoes are off at the door. We are a smoke & vape free home & yes that does include no smoking or vaping on our property. We have too many lovely features to list. Our highest achievement? We've been living our best lives, harmoniously, individually, but together for the best part of 5 years & we are now ready to welcome two more inspiring, fab individuals to our traditional family home. You'd also be signing a room and bond agreement, again, standard issue, we've all signed one. About us? We all get on, we are all working full time, enjoying Life on Earth. 2 of the 3 are faith filled believers fellowshipping at two different denominations, so debating is always inevitable. We're looking for two lively individuals. You? 30+, you're in a full time job, or part time job whilst gaining a qualification, you are tidy & clean up after yourself, you can engage respectfully with anyone and  living in a group situation doesn't put you off, you enjoy a good laugh around a meal and are open to sharing your views; we're a judgement free zone! Our home is large, as are our hearts & our garden is immaculately maintained. We're ready to take your call.
